Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sakuragi Musashi!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Ren Mimura and Taro Takaoka.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fisher tries for a takedown but Musashi sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Musashi shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Fisher pinned against the cage. Fisher gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Fisher seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Musashi does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Fisher shoots for a double leg takedown but Musashi sprawls well. He's pushed Fisher's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

That was a close round but I would say that Calvin Jnr Fisher will probably get the nod.
That's time! Fisher's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Fisher throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Musashi tries to score a power double leg takedown but Fisher sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Musashi somewhat.

Musashi is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Fisher stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Musashi swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Calvin Jnr Fisher overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Musashi is looking for a triangle here but Fisher uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Calvin Jnr Fisher.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Fisher, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
