The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Paul Tew and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parsons takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Parsons misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Boffle throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
It looks like Demian Parsons has been cut.
Parsons fails with the takedown
and Boffle counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Parsons tries to clinch up
and Boffle counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Parsons looks to clinch
and Boffle cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Boffle lands a left and a right that send Parsons crashing to the mat, dazed. Boffle thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Parsons is rocked!

and Boffle makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Parsons is still on wobbly legs! Can Boffle finish him?
Parsons looks gassed!
