Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hamood Hallak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Da Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Da Silva has chosen Drowning Pool - Bodies (Let The Bodies Hit The Floor) as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Hamood Hallak!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Anderson Da Silva!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Summer Carpenter and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Da Silva avoids the body shot from Hallak.
Hallak swinging wildly here.
Da Silva fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Hallak avoids it really well and circles away.
Hallak displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Da Silva.
Hallak throws a right and a left that both miss.
Hallak thows a left - swing and a miss!
Hallak loads up on a big right hand but Da Silva slips the punch.
Hallak finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Da Silva moves out of range of the leg kick from Hallak.
Da Silva shoots in and bounces Hallak off the ropes to secure the takedown into guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Hallak keeping full guard, as Da Silva tries to pass.

Hallak wants to sweep here but Da Silva controlling him for the moment.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Hallak pulls Da Silva in close to his closed guard and prevents Da Silva from doing any damage or advancing position.

Da Silva frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Da Silva moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Hallak has worked his arm free - good work by Hallak!

Da Silva seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Hallak is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
