These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Smith lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Mcghee tries to work over Smith's front leg with a kick but Smith checks it.

Smith is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Mcghee.
Mcghee uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Smith.
Nice uppercut lands for Mcghee. That snapped Smith's head back.

Mcghee throws a knee to the head but misses.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Mcghee takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Mcghee comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

It looks like Terry Smith has been cut.
Mcghee keeps control of Smith as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
