The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Colt swinging wildly here.
A bone on bone clash there as Troopa blocks the leg kick.
Colt decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Colt throwing shots but Troopa is blocking nicely.
Troopa slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Colt throwing strikes from guard but Troopa blocks nicely.
Colt throws a big elbow that misses.
Troopa is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Colt is aware though and is defending well.
Colt knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Troopa on the ground.

Troopa wants to sweep here but Colt controlling him for the moment.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Troopa is on top in guard.
Troopa sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Colt's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Colt lands one or two decent shots to the body here. Although from his own half guard, he's not going to be causing too much damage.
Troopa is trying for a kimura here. Colt looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Troopa wins by kimura!
