The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bob ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Schmidt bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Bob fails to land the takedown.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Bob.
Schmidt throws a sloppy head kick and Bob moves out of range easily.
Schmidt throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bob.
Schmidt shoots in and gets a takedown into Bob's guard.

Bob is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Schmidt frees his head nicely. Oh but Bob has switched to an armbar! Schmidt is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
