Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Maximus Wade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rodrigo Nogueira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Maximus Wade!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Rodrigo Nogueira!
The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Emerson Jorge and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nogueira shoots in looking for a takedown. Wade tries to sprawl out of it but Nogueira keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Wade manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Nogueira.
Wade tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Nogueira tries to bum rush Wade with a series of wild strikes but Wade uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Nogueira should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Nogueira tries to clinch but Wade moves out of range.
Nogueira throws a right and a left that both miss.
Nogueira has his takedown stuffed
and Wade counters with a shoot takedown. Nogueira fights it but they end up in guard.
Maximus Wade has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rodrigo Nogueira.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Wade trying to control but Nogueira is working from the bottom.
Wade controls from within his opponent's guard.
Nogueira really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Wade. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Nogueira is looking to stand up but Wade isn't so interested in that idea.
We're going to have a standup here because Maximus Wade wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Wade manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Nogueira on his heels. He'll look to pass Nogueira's guard now, I'm sure.
Wade with a flurry of punches that miss.
Wade will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Nogueira looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Nogueira looks gassed!

Wade advances to half guard.
Wade has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Wade has isolated one of Nogueira's arms. Nogueira looking to fight him off but Wade twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
