Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andrew Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Melvin Macdonald (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Melvin Macdonald was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Macdonald tries to clinch there but Sanchez circles away.
Sanchez shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Macdonald's guard. Sanchez won't allow Macdonald to get back to his feet. Macdonald is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Macdonald tries a knee to the head but Sanchez blocks it.

That was a close second round but I would say that Andrew Sanchez will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Andrew Sanchez's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! And we move into the final round!

Macdonald shoots in looking for a takedown but Sanchez manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Macdonald's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. No luck with that takedown attempt from Macdonald. Sanchez looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Macdonald throws a head kick that half lands.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Andrew Sanchez. Macdonald tries to score a power double leg takedown but Sanchez sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Macdonald somewhat.
