Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mike Carter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lukasz Korczynski!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carter tries to close the distance and clinch but Korczynski swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
A head kick from Carter lands but Korczynski takes it in his stride.
It looks like Lukasz Korczynski has been cut.
Korczynski takes a kick to the side of the head.
Carter swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Carter really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Korczynski takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Carter misses with the combination.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Korczynski misses with a takedown attempt - Carter sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Korczynski takes a kick to the side of the head.
Carter throws a nice head kick!
Korczynski fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Carter, pushing him back against the cage.
Korczynski is trying to break free.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Knees to the body from Carter.
Korczynski wants to get back to striking at distance but Carter won't allow it.
Carter breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Carter forces Korczynski back against the cage and clinches.
Carter's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Carter throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Carter lands a big head kick that sends Korczynski tumbling to the mat! Carter takes a step backwards and waves Korczynski back to his feet - he wants the finish!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Carter scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Korczynski takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Korczynski is rocked!
Korczynski takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Korczynski is still on wobbly legs! Can Carter finish him?
Mike Carter is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Korczynski looks gassed!
Ohhhhhhhhhh, brutal head kick from Carter! This one is all over!
