Winters dives in and scores a takedown into Mondello's guard.

Winters avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Winters really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mondello. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Mondello isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Winters stacks Mondello on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Winters!

Winters seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Mondello does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Mondello throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Winters escapes and throws Mondello's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Winters looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Mondello with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Winters is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Mondello has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Winters is looking to defend but Mondello has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Winters! Mondello pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Winters taps out and this one is all over!
