The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Leandro Rodrigues and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rozario will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Aldo gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Rozario fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Aldo avoids it really well and circles away.

Rozario shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Aldo but Aldo pushes him off and we're back to square one.

and Aldo counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Rozario!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

and Rozario counters with a one-two to the body.
Rozario shoots for a takedown but Aldo saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Aldo slaps away a takedown attempt from Rozario, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Rozario rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Aldo moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Rozario throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Aldo.
Rozario is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

and Aldo counters with a good low kick that Rozario was not able to check.
Nigel Rozario seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Aldo fakes the leg kick and cracks Rozario in the body.
Rozario misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Aldo.

Rozario takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Rozario misses with a takedown attempt - Aldo sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Marco Aldo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nigel Rozario.
Rozario is breathing heavily.
Aldo throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Rozario was covering up waiting for the punch and Aldo finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Aldo fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Rozario manages to avoid it.

Aldo wriggles free and stands up.

Rozario shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Aldo but Aldo pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Aldo has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Rozario should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Aldo has tightened it up now! Rozario should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
