The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chloe looks to clinch
and Saunier counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Chloe tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Saunier counters with a left to the body.

and Saunier counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Saunier really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

and Saunier counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

and Saunier decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Chloe's guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Saunier trying to control the position from guard on top but Chloe is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Saunier throws a big elbow that misses.
Saunier wants to pass the guard but Chloe is keeping the position.
Chloe wants to stand up but Saunier is controlling him.
Saunier advances position into side control!
Saunier has hold of Chloe's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Chloe tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Saunier cranks the arm and Chloe screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Chloe, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Matthieu Saunier!
An out of breath and clearly excited Matthieu Saunier thanked Condemned for their help and support (and free stuff they sent him).
