Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bricks Tyler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seany Scholes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Scholes has chosen Wonderwall - Oasis as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Bricks Tyler has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Bricks Tyler! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Seany Scholes! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, William Gold and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tyler fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Scholes manages to avoid it. Tyler throws a leg kick but Scholes checks it. Seany Scholes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Scholes misses with a series of wild punches.
Scholes lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Tyler misses with a looping left. Scholes closes the distance and clinches up with Tyler, looking for a takedown. Scholes pushes Tyler against the cage but Tyler circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Scholes drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Scholes just content to control the position. Tyler gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Scholes trying to control from half guard but Tyler is working away.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Seany Scholes was stalling too much, according to the referee. Scholes jabbing away but nothing is landing. Scholes fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Scholes will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Tyler throws a jab when Scholes was well out of range. Scholes throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Tyler throws a big shot that misses. Tyler throws a shot to the body.
Tyler looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Scholes! Tyler moves to back control. Tyler lands with a hammerfist to the side of Scholes's head. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tyler throwing sloppy strikes. Scholes showing good submission defense here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Tyler is riding his opponent, not letting Scholes buck him off. Tyler has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Tyler struggling to keep hold of the position.
Scholes turns into Tyler and is now in his guard.
Scholes trying to control but Tyler is working from the bottom. Scholes wants to stand and escape but instead Tyler has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Scholes has his hands on Tyler's head, controlling the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tyler stands up over Scholes, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Tyler is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Scholes is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Scholes wants to sweep but no luck. Tyler trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Tyler will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Scholes working a defensive guard here.
Tyler stands up from Scholes's guard - Tyler perhaps looking for a knockout.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Scholes with a lazy takedown attempt enabling Tyler to counter with a crisp jab. Bricks Tyler has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Seany Scholes. Scholes fails with the takedown and Tyler cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Scholes looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Tyler is fending him off so far but Scholes persists. Nope, Tyler circles away and we're back to standing. Scholes shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Tyler napping and manages to drive through into side control! Tyler tries to get back to half guard but can't. Scholes tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Scholes has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Tyler sneaks back into half guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Scholes is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Bricks Tyler will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Scholes looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Scholes shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Tyler counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Tyler is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Tyler keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Bricks Tyler has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Seany Scholes. Scholes has his takedown stuffed enabling Tyler to counter with a crisp jab. Tyler throws a shot from downtown. Scholes moves away and avoids it. Tyler shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Scholes is trying to defend but Tyler finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Tyler prevents Scholes from improving his position. Tyler wants to work for an arm triangle but Scholes is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. The fighters are battling for position here. Scholes manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Scholes keeping moving, preventing Tyler from controlling successfully. Tyler is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Scholes is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Scholes has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Tyler is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Scholes. Tyler has hold of Scholes's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Scholes tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Tyler cranks the arm and Scholes screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Scholes, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
