Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jon Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seppo Kastinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

7 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Seppo Kastinen! The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Anni Minnemäki and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kastinen feints and as Stone raises his hands in defense, Kastinen changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Kastinen wants to control from the top but Stone keeps moving. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Kastinen pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Stone is keeping the position for now. Kastinen looking to control the position here, rather than advance. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Kastinen trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Stone keeping moving, preventing Kastinen from controlling successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kastinen advances to half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Kastinen in particular looking to stall. Kastinen wants to free his trapped foot but Stone is holding on for dear life with his legs. Kastinen slows the pace down in half guard. Stone is refusing to be controlled, as Kastinen sits in half guard.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Seppo Kastinen hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Stone misses with a hook. Kastinen ducked under it nicely. Kastinen is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Stone's half guard. Kastinen is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Stone has managed to free his arm - good work. Kastinen moves nicely into side control. Stone knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kastinen on the ground. Kastinen thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kastinen is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Kastinen is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Stone has escaped the position, nice work there. Kastinen tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stone is trying to buck Kastinen off. Kastinen working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Kastinen scores with a couple of short elbows. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Seppo Kastinen dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Kastinen decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Kastinen is trying to control the action in half guard but Stone is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Kastinen with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Kastinen tries to pass to full mount but Stone defends it. Well, if Kastinen is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Stone is trying to stand up here but Kastinen is controlling him well. Kastinen thows a huge punch but Stone dodges it nicely.
Kastinen wants to pass to mount but Stone is defending the position. Well, if Kastinen is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Let's hope that Kastinen has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Seppo Kastinen hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Kastinen scores a takedown into full mount! Kastinen throwing strikes here but Stone is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Kastinen wants to finish this one by submission but Stone is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Kastinen. Kastinen landing strikes from the mount and Stone is in trouble! Kastinen jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Stone is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Stone and Kastinen has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

That's four minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kastinen is looking for a kimura. He might have it! Stone tries to escape but Kastinen is in control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Seppo Kastinen showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Kastinen uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Stone.
Seppo Kastinen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kastinen connects with a looping right hand.
Stone lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kastinen circles away quickly and effectively. Stone walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Kastinen gets a double leg takedown into Stone's guard. Kastinen is pushing down on Stone's leg trying to pass to half guard. Stone is fighting to maintain full guard but Kastinen has managed to sneak the leg through. Kastinen wants to pass to mount but Stone is defending the position. Kastinen is working for a kimura but Stone is defending it quite comfortably.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Stone makes his way to full guard, as Kastinen worked for a kimura.
Kastinen pushes down on Stone's leg and manages to get into half guard. Kastinen tries to pass the half guard into mount. Stone knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kastinen is looking to take a break and control but Stone is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Kastinen seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Kastinen is working for a submission of some sort.
Kastinen wants to pass to mount but Stone is defending the position. Jon Stone has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Seppo Kastinen is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

And that's the end of the fight! Seppo Kastinen comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Kastinen has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
