Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Che Guevara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Buzz Lightyear (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Che Guevara!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Buzz Lightyear!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Jeff Smith and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guevara closes the distance and pushes Lightyear back into the cage.
Guevara breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Lightyear shoots in but no luck this time.
Guevara moves into range and clinches up with Lightyear.
Guevara tries to break the clinch but Lightyear is controlling the position.
Lightyear looking for a takedown.
Lightyear has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Guevara after a bit of a struggle.
Che Guevara has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Buzz Lightyear.
Guevara wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Lightyear has Guevara pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Guevara manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Lightyear jumps guard but Guevara stands there with Lightyear around his waist. Lightyear gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Lightyear drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Lightyear jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Lightyear stands and throws Guevara's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Guevara wants to get back to his feet but Lightyear drags him back down.

Guevara is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Lightyear off and has taken his back!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

You can see the frustration on Lightyear's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Guevara really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Lightyear.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

A close round but Buzz Lightyear will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Lightyear has his foot on Guevara's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Guevara works his way back into a safe position though.
Lightyear has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Guevara can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Guevara seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Lightyear for as long as he can get away with.

Lightyear seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Guevara is holding on tight.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Che Guevara.

Lightyear has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Guevara is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Lightyear.
