Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stalin Starksson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Moses Kealekapuna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Starksson comes to the cage accompanied by War is my destiny. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
15 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Stalin Starksson! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
14 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Moses Kealekapuna! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Daniel Franklin and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Starksson looks for a takedown but Kealekapuna sprawls well. Kealekapuna thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Starksson if he has to take too many more of those.
Starksson misses with a leg kick and Kealekapuna counters with a big head kick but Starksson shrugs it off. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A telegraphed right hand from Kealekapuna misses the target. Starksson misses with a hook. Kealekapuna ducked under it nicely. Starksson throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Kealekapuna misses with a straight right. Stalin Starksson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kealekapuna bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Starksson feints and then cracks Kealekapuna's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Kealekapuna down. Starksson closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Kealekapuna did well to prevent Starksson getting side control. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Kealekapuna wants to improve his position but Starksson is controlling well.
Kealekapuna wants to get back to full guard but Starksson has mounted him!
That's one minute gone in the round. Starksson prevents Kealekapuna from getting the reversal. Kealekapuna is bucking up trying to escape but Starksson cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Starksson connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Kealekapuna is trying desperately to improve position. Starksson is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Kealekapuna can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
This has been an exciting period of action! Kealekapuna is wriggling around trying to escape.
Kealekapuna looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back! Kealekapuna is trying to remain composed but Starksson is hammering down strikes to the side of his head. Kealekapuna tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! A nice elbow there by Starksson. Starksson trying to control but he's not successful this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Starksson punishing his opponent with strikes. Kealekapuna is trying desperately to improve position. Starksson takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Starksson lands with some strikes. Starksson working for a submission but Kealekapuna is keeping him at bay. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Starksson controlling from the full mount. Starksson lands a heavy elbow. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Starksson lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Kealekapuna tries to reverse the position but Starksson maintains control. Starksson working Kealekapuna over with strikes here. Starksson is landing with some decent strikes but Kealekapuna is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Starksson looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Starksson tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kealekapuna looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back! Kealekapuna covers up after taking a massive shot to the side of the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. I really don't envy Kealekapuna right now.
Starksson lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Starksson.
Kealekapuna turns into Starksson and is now in his guard.
Starksson controlling Kealekapuna's posture. Starksson might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Starksson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Kealekapuna passes Starksson's right leg, so he's now in half guard. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Starksson regains full guard. Nicely done. Kealekapuna preventing the sweep. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Stalin Starksson dominated that round. That's time! Starksson's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Starksson fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Kealekapuna with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Starksson avoids the head kick by Kealekapuna.
Kealekapuna takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Starksson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Kealekapuna moves away from the strike by Starksson. A punch combination from Kealekapuna misses. Kealekapuna tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Kealekapuna moves out of range as Starksson throws a body kick.
Starksson tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kealekapuna was well out of range. Poor timing from Starksson. Starksson cracks Kealekapuna with a right hand to the side of the head. Kealekapuna throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Starksson tries for a takedown but Kealekapuna sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Starksson throws out a loose jab but Kealekapuna uses good head movement to avoid it. Moses Kealekapuna is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Kealekapuna moves into the clinch successfully.
Kealekapuna throws an elbow but it misses.
A shot in the inside from Starksson. Kealekapuna misses with an elbow strike.
Starksson avoids the elbow strike from Kealekapuna, against the cage.
Starksson working some nice short punches in the clinch. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Starksson. Starksson takes an elbow to the temple. Kealekapuna with an attempt at a knee that misses.

Starksson swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Kealekapuna tries to land knees in the clinch but Starksson avoids the damage to the body. A head punch on the inside from Kealekapuna fails to land. Starksson lands with a light punch inside. With the two fighters working up against the cage, Kealekapuna just misses with a elbow thrown towards Starksson's brow. A nice glancing elbow lands by Kealekapuna.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kealekapuna trying to land knees to the body.
A short left from Starksson. Kealekapuna misses with an elbow over the top. Starksson is looking to take this one to the mat. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Stalin Starksson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Starksson manages to break the clinch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kealekapuna gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Starksson landing with the ground and pound. Kealekapuna tries to land a sweep but no joy. Starksson makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Kealekapuna has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Starksson has passed into side control.
Starksson in side control, just content to control the action for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Starksson goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Kealekapuna has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Starksson but great work by Kealekapuna. Starksson manages to get back to half guard. Starksson is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Kealekapuna's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Kealekapuna's back! Starksson lands punches and elbows. Starksson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Kealekapuna is defending well here and trying to improve his position.
Starksson has got one arm under Kealekapuna's chin. This could be trouble... Kealekapuna trying to control the other hand but Starksson gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Kealekapuna has tapped out! The fight is over!
