Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Priest (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Silas Storm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Priest takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Storm lands a slapping body shot.
Priest scores with a shot to the body.
Johnny Priest seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice defenses there by Storm.

Storm shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Priest napping and manages to drive through into side control!
This has been an exciting period of action!
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Storm throws a strike aimed at the side of Priest's head but Priest avoids it well.

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Storm has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Priest cracks Storm with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the ropes.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Priest is trying to control but can't.

Storm looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Priest with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Johnny Priest just wasn't active enough.

Silas Storm showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the ring so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!


Storm closes the distance and clinches up with Priest, looking for a takedown. Storm pushes Priest against the ropes but Priest circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Storm looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Priest is fending him off so far but Storm persists. Nope, Priest circles away and we're back to standing.
Johnny Priest has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Priest keeps control of Storm as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Storm has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Priest avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Priest is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Storm tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Priest takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Storm doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Storm keeps the fight on the outside.
Storm has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Priest.
A big left from Priest misses.
Priest loads up on a big right hand but Storm slips the punch.
Storm moves away from the strike by Priest.
Storm feints a jab promting Priest to slip. Storm then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Priest slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Storm lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Storm misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Priest fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.


It looks like Silas Storm has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Priest has taken the fight to the clinch.

Priest is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
The fighters are pressed against the ropes, as the pace of the fight slows.
Storm blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Storm is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Priest is defending well.

Storm misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Johnny Priest is winning the standup battle so far.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Storm crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Priest - the referee stops the clock and Storm gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Priest. Storm manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Storm takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
A jab from Priest finds it's way through Storm's defenses.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Storm throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Storm on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Priest stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

And that's the end of the fight!
Johnny Priest showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Storm has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
