Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sadeeq Bahadurzada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean Skinner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Sadeeq Bahadurzada has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skinner closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bahadurzada circles away.
Bahadurzada throws a hook but Skinner blocks it.
Bahadurzada throws a right and a left that Skinner avoids nicely.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Skinner.
Skinner throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bahadurzada's waist but Bahadurzada gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Skinner off to one side.

Skinner ducks under a wild hook from Bahadurzada.

Skinner shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bahadurzada sprawls well. Bahadurzada wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Skinner gets slowly back to his feet.
Skinner shoots in looking for a takedown but Bahadurzada manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Skinner's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Skinner is trying desperately to land a takedown but Bahadurzada is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Skinner.

Sadeeq Bahadurzada seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Bahadurzada fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Skinner closes the distance and clinches up with Bahadurzada, looking for a takedown. Skinner pushes Bahadurzada against the cage but Bahadurzada circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Bahadurzada leaves Skinner with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Bahadurzada is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Skinner.
Skinner has a takedown stuffed.
No luck for Skinner with that takedown attempt.
Skinner takes a jab right on the kisser.
Skinner shoots in but Bahadurzada avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Skinner fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Skinner shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bahadurzada as he avoids it easily.
Sadeeq Bahadurzada is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Bahadurzada throws a hook but Skinner blocks it.
Skinner throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bahadurzada's waist but Bahadurzada gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Skinner off to one side.
Bahadurzada scores with a one two! Skinner had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Horrible takedown by Skinner or perhaps it was just good defense by Bahadurzada which made him look bad.
Skinner avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

This has been an exciting period of action!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Bahadurzada stuffs the takedown.
Skinner takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Skinner shoots for a double leg takedown but Bahadurzada sprawls well. He's pushed Skinner's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sadeeq Bahadurzada dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Bahadurzada throws an ugly left hook that misses

and Skinner counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Bahadurzada!
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Skinner is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Bahadurzada can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Bahadurzada wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Skinner.

Skinner looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Bahadurzada is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
Bahadurzada trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Skinner quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Skinner but it's paid off an Bahadurzada is forced to tap! Nice work by Skinner.

A less than humble Sean Skinner misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
