Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Patth Khanmak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oleg Rienstien (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Patth Khanmak has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Patth Khanmak seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Patth Khanmak! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Oleg Rienstien! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Khanmak lands a nice looking kick to the body. Rienstien takes a step back to recover. Khanmak fails with an attempt to clinch.
Rienstien tests Khanmak's chin there with a solid looking shot. Khanmak blocks a low kick nicely. Khanmak wants to clinch up but Rienstien keeps it at a distance. The fight stays on the outside here - Khanmak looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Khanmak on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Rienstien tries to bum rush Khanmak with a series of wild strikes but Khanmak uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Khanmak doesn't manage to clinch there - Rienstien circles away.
Khanmak gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Rienstien to score an easy takedown into full guard. Rienstien throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Rienstien throwing strikes but missing. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Rienstien throwing strikes from guard but Khanmak blocks nicely. Khanmak throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Khanmak wants to sweep here but Rienstien controlling him for the moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Khanmak has momentary wrist control but Rienstien slips an elbow through the middle. Rienstien is working Khanmak over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Khanmak is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Rienstien makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Rienstien's corner calls for a 1-2. Rienstien obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Khanmak throws a head kick that misses. Rienstien closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Rienstien lands a decent elbow from side control. Khanmak tries to strike from the bottom but misses. Rienstien lands an elbow. Rienstien has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Rienstien working the body and head with strikes. Rienstien in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rienstien working the head and body with strikes. Rienstien in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Rienstien lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Khanmak down.
Rienstien lands a strong strike to the head of Khanmak. That's dazed him! Rienstien looking to finish here. Khanmak is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Rienstien lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
