Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Denton Thunder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lentti Pindegren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Denton Thunder!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Lentti Pindegren!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Daniel Blasius and Saam Ante.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thunder dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Pindegren. That did some damage!
Pindegren does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Pindegren scores with a hook.
Pindegren keeps the fight on the outside.
Pindegren cracks a nice hook into Thunder's ribs.
Thunder lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Pindegren lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Thunder circles away quickly and effectively.

and Thunder connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

It looks like Lentti Pindegren has been cut.
Pindegren misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Thunder tries a low kick but Pindegren avoids it.
Pindegren feints a jab promting Thunder to slip. Pindegren then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Thunder slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Thunder tried to score with a low kick but Pindegren checks it.
Thunder wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Pindegren shoots for a double leg takedown but Thunder sprawls well. He's pushed Pindegren's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Pindegren needs to keep his hands up - Thunder had a free shot at his head there.

Pindegren dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Thunder. That did some damage!

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Thunder lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Pindegren has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Pindegren and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.

Thunder tries to bum rush Pindegren with a series of wild strikes but Pindegren uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Pindegren on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Thunder throws a shot from downtown. Pindegren moves away and avoids it.

Pindegren shoots in and bounces Thunder off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Thunder is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Thunder has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Pindegren should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Thunder has tightened it up now! Pindegren should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
