Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Michael Scheisse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luna Soleil (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Soleil has chosen Solitaire Unraveling as his entrance music. Luna Soleil has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
30 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Michael Scheisse! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
23 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Luna Soleil! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Scheisse throws a leg kick but Soleil moved away. Scheisse cracks the inside of Soleil's front leg. Soleil fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Scheisse checks it well. Soleil connects with a good right hand that stumbles Scheisse. Scheisse circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Michael Scheisse seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Soleil throws a head kick but Scheisse moves out of range.
Soleil throws a body punch but Scheisse moves out of range. Soleil throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Soleil misses with a hook. Soleil connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Scheisse's hands. A slow jab from Soleil misses its intended target. The crowd cheers as Scheisse lands an impressive looking overhand right. Soleil doesn't seem phased though. Scheisse does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. A head kick from Soleil lands but Scheisse takes it in his stride. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Soleil fails in his attempt to clinch. Soleil lands with a cross. Scheisse ducks under a wild hook from Soleil.
That's one minute gone in the round. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Scheisse checks a leg kick. Soleil punishes Scheisse's body with a nice straight punch. A left lands for Soleil. Scheisse moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Scheisse throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Soleil is looking to score with low kicks. Scheisse is looking to chop away at Soleil's legs. Soleil lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Soleil connects with a body shot. Soleil lunges at Scheisse with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Scheisse's hand. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Scheisse throws a sloppy head kick and Soleil moves out of range easily. Soleil checks a leg kick. Soleil ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Soleil scores with the left hand. Scheisse knows he should have avoided that one.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A clash of legs there as Soleil blocks the low kick. Scheisse loads up on a big right hand but Soleil slips the punch. Scheisse blocks a jab. Scheisse moves in looking to clinch but Soleil pushes him off. Soleil takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Soleil misses with a body shot
and Scheisse counters with a head kick. Scheisse throws a shot to the body.
Scheisse fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Soleil on the side of the head. Soleil closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Soleil lands in his opponent's guard. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Scheisse has momentary wrist control but Soleil slips an elbow through the middle. Soleil trying to control but Scheisse is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Scheisse has control of Soleil's left arm, preventing Soleil from doing any damage. Scheisse has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Soleil trying to control but Scheisse is working from the bottom. Soleil throwing strikes from guard but Scheisse blocks nicely. Soleil throwing strikes but missing. Scheisse preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Soleil throws a strike but Scheisse rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Scheisse pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Soleil is keeping the position for now. Soleil is adopting a defensive guard. Soleil is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Soleil is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Scheisse rolls with it to try and escape but Soleil cranks on the arm and Scheisse is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
