Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kjell Dillon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Gazer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dillon comes to the cage accompanied by Pipes & Drums 1st Battalion Scots Guards. Gazer has chosen Cuts Like a Knife as his entrance music. Kjell Dillon has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Dillon throws out a loose jab but Gazer uses good head movement to avoid it.
Some bone on bone action there as Dillon checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Gazer shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Dillon sprawls well. Dillon wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Gazer gets slowly back to his feet.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Gazer rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dillon moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Dillon tests Gazer's chin there with a solid looking shot.


That has opened up Peter Gazer's cut even more.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Dillon stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Dillon wants it to stay on the feet.
Gazer ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Dillon moves away.

Kjell Dillon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Peter Gazer.

Peter Gazer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Dillon drops Gazer with a beautiful combination! Gazer stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Dillon is looking for the KO!


The cut above Peter Gazer's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Gazer uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Dillon.
Dillon throws a lazy right hand but Gazer sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Dillon loads up on a big right hand but Gazer slips the punch.
Dillon lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Gazer falls backwards - clearly groggy! Dillon dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 8:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kjell Dillon!
A less than humble Kjell Dillon misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
