Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thiago Muerte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ronan Baeta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Thiago Muerte has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Thiago Muerte seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Edson Gomes and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muerte manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Baeta on his heels. He'll look to pass Baeta's guard now, I'm sure.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Muerte advances to half guard.
Muerte lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
It looks like Ronan Baeta has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Muerte seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Baeta is rocked!
Baeta is trying to stand back up but Muerte is controlling him
Baeta is still in real trouble! Can Muerte finish him?
Muerte works his way into side control.
Baeta seems to have recovered his senses.
Muerte cracks Baeta with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Muerte immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Baeta is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Muerte!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Thiago Muerte!
