Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Zak Zinfandel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Woleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Zak Zinfandel has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Zak Zinfandel seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are William Peck, Ian Loll and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Woleman throws a body punch but Zinfandel moves out of range.
Woleman closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Zinfandel to the mat! Zinfandel manages to get full guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Woleman lands a couple of digs.
Zinfandel manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Woleman manages to get himself to full guard.
Woleman seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

That was a close second round but I would say that Zak Zinfandel will probably get the nod.

Well Woleman has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

After the fight, Mark Woleman was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
