Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anton LaVey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sekirei Musubi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). LaVey kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is There Will Be Violence. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Anton LaVey! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sekirei Musubi! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Taro Takaoka and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! LaVey misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
LaVey looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. LaVey seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Musubi does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Musubi can do anything to dispel that myth. Musubi is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. LaVey is keen to just control but Musubi is a slippery customer. LaVey not landing any meaningful shots this time. Musubi won't allow LaVey to pass to mount. Musubi tries to get to full guard but LaVey has control of the leg. Musubi trying to control but LaVey postures up.
Musubi blocking the ground and pound attempt from LaVey. Musubi is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
That's one minute gone in the round. LaVey not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Musubi actively working from the bottom here. Musubi tries to roll over but LaVey keeps him under control. Musubi is not content to let LaVey control the position. Musubi makes his way to full guard, as LaVey worked for a kimura.
LaVey trying to control but Musubi is working from the bottom. Musubi can't keep his opponent in guard - LaVey advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. LaVey lands a nice short elbow. LaVey wants to control but Musubi is keeping him busy. LaVey is working for a submission of some sort.
LaVey gets to his feet - back to striking we go! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Musubi connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. LaVey misses with a two punch combination.
Musubi avoids a punch combination nicely.
Musubi takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. LaVey scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. LaVey lands a leg kick that knocks Musubi off balance momentarily. Musubi keeps the fight on the outside. LaVey on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Sekirei Musubi is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Musubi misses with a straight left. LaVey closes this distance looking for a takedown but Musubi circles away. LaVey misses with a few strikes there.
Musubi slips a straight right by LaVey. LaVey attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. LaVey moves into the clinch. LaVey throws a punch but it's blocked by Musubi. Musubi letting LaVey take a breather here. Good anti-grappling being displayed by Musubi as LaVey tries to tie him up. LaVey working hard to break the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. LaVey tries a body shot but Musubi blocks it.
LaVey misses with a shot to the kidneys.
LaVey throws an elbow but it's blocked.
LaVey comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
It looks like Sekirei Musubi has been cut. Musubi avoiding damage as LaVey throws knees to the body.
LaVey drops down looking for an ankle pick but Musubi pulls his leg out and moves away.
Musubi lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Musubi lands with a cross. LaVey scores with a takedown into Musubi's guard. LaVey trying to control the position from guard on top but Musubi is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Musubi is looking for a triangle but LaVey pushes his legs off easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Anton LaVey dominated that round. The cut man is working on Sekirei Musubi's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Musubi thuds a left hand into LaVey's body. LaVey lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Horrible takedown by LaVey or perhaps it was just good defense by Musubi which made him look bad. Musubi slips a jab and a cross from LaVey.
Anton LaVey is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Musubi loads up on a big right hand but LaVey slips the punch. Musubi works the jab nicely. Musubi connects with a crisp jab. Musubi moves out of range of the leg kick from LaVey. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Musubi lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Musubi throws a series of strikes that have LaVey backpedaling.
It looks like Anton LaVey has been cut. LaVey throws a right and a left that both miss. Musubi throws a jab but it's blocked by LaVey. Sekirei Musubi seems to be getting the better of the standup. Musubi lands a nice shot to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. LaVey tries to close the distance and clinch up but Musubi swats him away and circles back towards the center. LaVey misses with a two punch combination.
Musubi misses with an uppercut
and LaVey decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Musubi's guard. Musubi looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
LaVey wants to stand but Musubi has a closed guard, so he can't escape. LaVey landing some decent shots from guard. LaVey is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. LaVey pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Musubi is keeping the position for now. Musubi working for submissions but it's allowed LaVey to get to half guard.
Anton LaVey overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! LaVey is thwarting Musubi's attempts to control the position. LaVey is keen to just control but Musubi is a slippery customer. LaVey looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Musubi with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. LaVey is trying to work for a kimura but Musubi is defending well.
LaVey is pressing down on Musubi's thigh, looking to free his foot. Musubi is holding on for now. LaVey is keen to just control but Musubi is a slippery customer.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Musubi can't keep his opponent in guard - LaVey advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Musubi has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. LaVey is working away from the top position though. Musubi is trying to stand.

LaVey landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. LaVey is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Musubi displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as LaVey throws out the jab. LaVey moves away from the strike by Musubi. LaVey shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Musubi as he jumps to the side. LaVey pulls out of a head kick attempt.
LaVey shoots in and drives through. Musubi sprawls well. Musubi feints a jab promting LaVey to slip. Musubi then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. LaVey slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Musubi tests LaVey's chin there with a solid looking shot. LaVey uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Musubi. LaVey moves in looking to clinch but Musubi pushes him off. Musubi with a jab. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Musubi feints a jab promting LaVey to slip. Musubi then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. LaVey slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

That's one minute gone in the round. LaVey takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Oh LaVey is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! The fighters circling - Musubi throws out the jab but it was never going to land. LaVey seems to have got his legs back now. Musubi gets tackled into the cage by LaVey. LaVey maintains the clinch. LaVey misses with a short punch on the inside. LaVey with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Musubi displaying some good clinch control by pressing LaVey up against the cage. A battle for position here, against the cage. Musubi tries to break the clinch but LaVey is controlling the position. LaVey working aggressively here.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Musubi keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Anton LaVey. That's going to take a lot out of him. Musubi avoids a punch combination nicely.
Musubi thows a body shot but no joy. Musubi ducks under a wild hook from LaVey. LaVey throws the kick towards the body but Musubi avoids it. LaVey throws a head kick but Musubi moves out of range.

Musubi is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by LaVey.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Musubi tests LaVey's chin there with a solid looking shot. Musubi lands with a straight right. LaVey didn't see that one coming. LaVey displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Musubi throws out the jab. Anton LaVey's cut is getting worse. Musubi scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. LaVey doesn't seem bothered though. Musubi throws a right hand that LaVey ducks under and follows up with a left that LaVey also avoids with ease. LaVey looks for a takedown but Musubi sprawls well. LaVey misses with a hook.
That's four minutes gone in the round. LaVey fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Both fighters are breathing heavily. LaVey walks into a stiff left hand from Musubi. LaVey shoots in and bounces Musubi off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Musubi looking to control.
LaVey has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. LaVey stands and throws Musubi's legs to the side, diving into side control. Anton LaVey is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. LaVey has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Musubi with a nice cross.
And that's the end of the fight! Sekirei Musubi comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think LaVey has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
