Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Riley Cote!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Hawk Henson!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Dean Styles and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cote closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Henson to the mat! Henson manages to get full guard.
Henson escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Cote gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Henson wants to sweep but no luck.
Cote lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Henson keeping full guard, as Cote tries to pass.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Cote trying to control but Henson is working from the bottom.
Henson is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Cote avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Cote is stalling in the full guard.
Henson working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Cote doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Cote manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Cote postures up and lands a big shot to Henson's brow.
Henson tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Cote is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Cote knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Henson on the ground.
Cote trying to control the position from guard on top but Henson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Cote is sitting in close to Henson's body. Henson has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Cote is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Cote is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Henson.
