The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taai slips a jab and a cross from Pack.
Pack lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Taai circles away quickly and effectively.
Taai moves into the clinch successfully.
Pack looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Taai lands a knee to the head.
It looks like John Pack has been cut.
A frustrated look appears on Pack's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Pack is breathing heavily.

Taai unloads a knee to the mid-section. Pack lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Taai moves into range and clinches up with Pack.
Oh Pack is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Taai is working the Thai clinch up against the ropes. He yanks Pack's head to one side and delivers a picture perfect knee, right on the button! Boom! Down goes Pack! He's out! He's out! The fight is over, just like that!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Knee). Taai Taai!
