The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Felipe Paraventi and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Almasy, as that shot connected.
Gray lands a nice looking body shot.
Almasy throws an off balance right hand
and Gray makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Gray scores with a jab to the jaw.
Gray attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Almasy misses with a looping left.
Gray swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Almasy connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Gray lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A jab from Almasy does it's job there.
Almasy misses with an uppercut. Gray saw that one coming.
Almasy throws an off balance right hand
and Gray counters with a low kick, right behind Almasy 's knee.
Gray misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Almasy.
Gray cracks Almasy with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Gray moves out of range as Almasy strikes.
Gray with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
A big right from Almasy misses.
Almasy cracks Gray with an open hand slap.
Gray showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Almasy.
Gray lands a lovely overhand right.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Almasy takes a jab right on the kisser.
Gray connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Almasy keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Almasy jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Almasy lands with an uppercut that bounces Gray off the cage and back into range.
Almasy is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Gray scores with a jab. Almasy acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Gray cracks the inside of Almasy's front leg.
Gray takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Gray is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
and Almasy counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Gray! He's just covering up as Almasy starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
