Al Danos lands a left and a right that send Vila Nova crashing to the mat, dazed. Al Danos thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Matheus Vila Nova has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Vila Nova shoots in and gets a takedown into Al Danos's guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
