Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
22 - 16 - 0, fighting out of New York, Oscar Alarcon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

15 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jonathan Weed!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Ian Loll and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Weed, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Weed is looking to land body kicks.
Weed waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Alarcon.
Weed jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Alarcon misses with a straight right.
Alarcon fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Weed looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Alarcon loads up on a big right hand but Weed slips the punch.
Weed misses with a kick to the body.
Weed throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Alarcon stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

and Alarcon counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Weed throws a right hand that Alarcon ducks under and follows up with a left that Alarcon also avoids with ease.

A slow jab from Weed misses its intended target.
Weed misses with an uppercut. Alarcon saw that one coming.
Jonathan Weed seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Alarcon, as that shot connected.
Alarcon changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Weed tries to avoid it but Alarcon manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Weed to the ground. Weed escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Alarcon throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Weed connects with a right hand. Alarcon shakes it off.

and Alarcon counters with a single leg into guard. Weed didn't expect that.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Alarcon working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Weed doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Weed manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
