Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Michal Michalski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, David Koletzki! The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Richard Clark and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Michalski misses the shot to the body. David Koletzki seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Koletzki darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Michalski is looking to clinch. Michalski tries to clinch but Koletzki moves out of range. Koletzki keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Koletzki tries to keep at a distance but Michalski has taken the fight into the clinch. Koletzki throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Michalskis head. Michalski blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Michalski jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Koletzki walks away with a smile on his face. Michalski gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Koletzki's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Koletzki duly obliges. Koletzki clinches. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Koletzki lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Michalski backwards.
Michalski is rocked! Koletzki makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Oh Michalski is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Koletzki looking to stall.
Michalski tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Koletzki just stands there and leans against the cage. Koletzki misses with a punch to the body.
Michalski seems to have got his legs back now. Koletzki stalling in the clinch but Michalski improves position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Michalski breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Koletzki connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Koletzki swings and misses with a shot to the body and Michalski holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Michalski manages to break the clinch.
Michalski misses with a hook. Koletzki ducked under it nicely. Koletzki avoids the head kick by Michalski.
Michalski tries to keep at a distance but Koletzki has taken the fight into the clinch. Koletzki tries to circle away but Michalski has him pinned against the cage. Koletzki works over Michalski's head and body with a nice combination. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Michalski tries to close the distance and clinch up but Koletzki swats him away and circles back towards the center. Michalski tries to land a front kick but Koletzki steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Koletzki clinches. Michalski looking for a takedown. Koletzki lands with a right to the head. Koletzki lands a shoulder strike. Koletzki has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Koletzki is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Michalski jumps guard but Koletzki stands there with Michalski around his waist. Michalski gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Koletzki is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Michalski breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Michalski takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Koletzki has taken the fight to the clinch.
Michalski wants to take the fight to the mat but Koletzki manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Michalski jumps guard and drags Koletzki to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Michalski is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Michalski is breathing heavily. Michalski working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Koletzki doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Koletzki manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Koletzki throwing strikes but missing. Koletzki not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Koletzki trying to control but Michalski is working from the bottom. Michalski looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Koletzki passes into side control.
Koletzki advances nicely into full mount. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Koletzki content just to control the position here. Koletzki working for a submission but Michalski is keeping him at bay. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Koletzki controlling from the full mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by David Koletzki. Michalski shoots in looking for a takedown. Koletzki tries to sprawl out of it but Michalski keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Koletzki manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Koletzki moves into range and clinches up with Michalski. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Koletzki breaks the clinch.

David Koletzki showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Michalski tries to stand and escape but Koletzki actually recovers to full guard. Koletzki looking to hit a scissor sweep but Michalski is one step ahead there. That's one minute gone in the round. Michalski tries to free his leg and advance position but Koletzki is retaining full guard. Koletzki pulls Michalski in close to prevent any damage. Koletzki is trying to control the position but Michalski postures up.

Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Koletzki. Koletzki is in a horrible position here. Michalski smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Michalski swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Koletzki is now in Michalski's guard. A big mistake from Michalski there, giving up the dominant position! Koletzki trying to control but Michalski is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Koletzki wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Michalski's closed guard. He's half up but Michalski has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Michalski pivots and extends the arm, Koletzki falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Michalski! Well done that man!
