Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Conner Kent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anthony Stewart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stewart has chosen Kottonmouth Kings Presents D-Loc - Playa (Feat. Saint Dog) as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Colin Fray and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stewart shoots in but Kent avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Stewart is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Kent tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Stewart manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Stewart drops his hands momentarily and Kent takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Stewart shoots for a double leg takedown but Kent sprawls well. He's pushed Stewart's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Stewart fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Conner Kent has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Anthony Stewart.

and Kent counters with a head kick. That will keep Stewart thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Kent drives through and clinches with Stewart against the cage.
Kent has Stewart pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Kent pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Stewart tumbling to the mat - Kent dives into Stewart's guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Kent trying to stand up but can't free himself from Stewart's guard.
Kent wants to control from the top but Stewart keeps moving.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kent cracks Stewart with a solid left hand.

Kent wants to stand but Stewart is controlling his posture from full guard.
Kent is in close to Stewart's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Kent knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Stewart on the ground.
Conner Kent has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Kent moves into range and clinches up with Stewart.

A frustrated look appears on Stewart's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Kent jumps guard and drags Stewart to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Stewart trying to control the position from guard on top but Kent is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Kent tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Kent is breathing heavily.
Kent trying to keep a closed guard but Stewart is proving a slippery customer.
Kent wants to stand but Stewart is controlling the position.
Stewart advances to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Stewart passes to full mount!
Kent tries to improve his position but instead Stewart has taken his back!
Stewart looking for the rear naked choke. And he's got it! Kent taps!
