Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ooga Booga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ilkka Mursu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mursu has chosen Someday I'll be the Champ as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ooga Booga! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ilkka Mursu! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Albert Achterberg and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mursu will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Booga looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Booga thows a huge punch but Mursu dodges it nicely.
Booga is trying to work for a kimura but Mursu is defending well.
Mursu manages to get to full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mursu not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Booga has gone for a leg lock! Mursu slips out almost immediately though and dives into Booga's guard. Booga escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Mursu gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Booga working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Mursu doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Mursu manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Mursu postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Mursu in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Booga is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Mursu landing some decent shots from guard. Mursu stands up over Booga, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Booga escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Mursu gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Booga is trying to control the position but Mursu postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mursu chips away with some ground and pound. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Mursu lands a couple of decent looking shots. Mursu drops back looking for a leg! Booga is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Booga manages to kick Mursu off! Mursu jumps back into Booga's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Booga is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Mursu has his hands clasped together but Booga extends an breaks Mursu's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Booga.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Ooga Booga! Ooga Booga was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
