Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Fjalar Ollongren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luke Holder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Luke Holder is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holder dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Ollongren. That did some damage!
Holder jabs Ollongren right on the nose. Ollongren blinks but takes it well.
Holder tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Holder fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Ollongren scores with a one two! Holder had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Ollongren uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Holder tries to land a front kick but Ollongren steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Ollongren throws a hook but Holder avoids it easily.
Holder buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Ollongren feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Holder holds on and takes a little breather.

Ollongren creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.

Ollongren tries to move to mount but Holder blocks the move with his legs.

Ollongren tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Ollongren creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Holder sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Holder parries the strikes from Ollongren easily there. Ollongren is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Holder to escape.

Ollongren connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Holder some visible discomfort.
Ollongren passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Holder!

Holder tries to lock up and control but Ollongren gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Ollongren cracks Holder with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Holder is desperately trying to improve his position but Ollongren has a good base and remains in mount.
Ollongren breaks from Holder's wrist control and lands an elbow.

Ollongren misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Ollongren pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Holder tries to hold on but Ollongren postures up.

A big strike lands for Ollongren! That's really hurt Holder and he's turned his back - Ollongren keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Ollongren jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
