Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ricky Edgar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shane Wellman Junior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wellman Junior comes into a darkened arena with his song building. speakers on blast- the game kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Edgar walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Wellman Junior looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Wellman Junior is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Edgar is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Edgar flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Wellman Junior anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Edgar and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Wellman Junior slips an arm under Edgar chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Wellman Junior has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Wellman Junior is squeezing on Edgar like an anaconda would it's prey. Edgar fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
