Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Alec Ball and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hillbilly throws a head kick that misses
and Hemmer counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Hillbilly shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Hemmer closes the distance and pushes Hillbilly back into the cage.
Hemmer's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Hillbilly misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Hemmer closes the distance and clinches.
Hemmer lands a body shot.
Hemmer lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Hemmer breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Hillbilly tries for a takedown but Hemmer circles away easily
and Hemmer connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Inbred Hillbilly. That's going to take a lot out of him.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hemmer has taken the fight to the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hemmer lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Hemmer crunches a lovely knee into Hillbilly's ribcage.
Hillbilly wants to get back to striking at distance but Hemmer won't allow it.
Hemmer lands with a left to the head.
Hemmer pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Hillbilly shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Hemmer counters with a huge left! Hillbilly is in big trouble! He's backing up but Hemmer isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Hillbilly from any more damage. A dominating finish by Hemmer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sig Hemmer!
