Jones takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Johnson has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Nicholas Johnson.
Johnson shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Jones tries to get to full guard but Johnson has control of the leg.
Jones really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Johnson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Jones is refusing to be controlled, as Johnson sits in half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Johnson is nestled in close to Jones, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Johnson lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Jones! More strikes land and this one is all over! Johnson jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!
