Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ushio Obake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daigo Asai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Obake throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Asai's waist but Asai gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Obake off to one side.
Obake shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Nice sprawl there from Asai as Obake shoots in.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ushio Obake. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Asai connects with a high kick.
Obake tries to score a power double leg takedown but Asai sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Obake somewhat.
Obake misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Asai! Obake is out on his feet! Asai rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Obake is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Obake is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
