Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Indiana Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Whitey Marsh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Whitey Marsh has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Indiana Jones's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Indiana Jones! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Whitey Marsh ! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Tiny Johnson and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jones shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Jones slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jones wants to stand but Marsh has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Marsh can't keep his opponent in guard - Jones advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Marsh actively working from the bottom here. Jones not doing much here.
Marsh looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Marsh looks gassed! Jones content to control rather than advance. Jones lands strikes from half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jones tries to stand and escape but Marsh is controlling the position. Jones wants to pass the guard but Marsh is defending well. Jones controlling the action here. Jones stands up out of the half guard. Whitey Marsh seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Marsh with a poor takedown and Jones counters with a one-two to the body. Jones changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Marsh looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Marsh is trying to improve his position. Jones knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Marsh on the ground. Jones lands some shots froms side control. Jones is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Marsh 's shoulder. That is not cool. Marsh is looking for a sweep.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Marsh looks to move to half guard but instead Jones has passed into mount! Damn! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Jones is landing with some decent strikes but Marsh is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Marsh tries to reverse the position but Jones maintains control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jones sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Jones seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Marsh for as long as he can get away with. Marsh is in all sorts of trouble here.
Jones takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Marsh is trying desperately to improve position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The referee warns Marsh that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Marsh stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jones swivels though and keeps the full guard. Marsh pushing down on Jones's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Marsh is working for a submission of some sort.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Jones is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Indiana Jones dominated that round. That's time! Jones's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

and Jones decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Marsh 's guard. Jones is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Marsh looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Marsh is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Jones defends well. Jones is in close to Marsh 's body, working some short punches and elbows. Marsh is breathing heavily. Jones gets to his feet - Marsh follows without any prompting. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Jones lands a two punch combo.
Marsh tries to sprawl but Jones drives through with a takedown into half guard. Jones moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Marsh .
That's one minute gone in the round. Jones scores with a couple of short elbows. Jones is staying tight to Marsh 's torso, preventing him from escaping. Jones has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Marsh ! Jones controlling the pace for now. Marsh can't escape the position.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Marsh has gone for a leg lock! Jones slips out almost immediately though and dives into Marsh 's guard. Indiana Jones overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. That's four minutes gone in the round. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Still in half guard, Jones seems content to control.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Indiana Jones wasn't doing enough on the ground. Jones throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Marsh 's waist but Marsh gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jones off to one side. Jones pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Marsh wants to clinch up but Jones keeps it at a distance. Jones tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Marsh paws at him with a jab and circles away. Marsh displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Jones. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Nice takedown defense from Marsh . No joy for Jones on that attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Indiana Jones. That's going to take a lot out of him. Marsh drives through with a takedown into guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Jones wants to sweep but no luck. Marsh drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Marsh jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Indiana Jones dominated that second round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Marsh shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Jones's guard. Jones wants to sweep but no luck. Jones is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Jones has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Marsh can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Marsh passes Jones's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Jones tries to roll over but Marsh keeps him under control. Marsh is looking for a kimura but Jones is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Marsh to get the leverage. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Marsh is trying to work for a kimura but Jones is defending well.
Jones wants to get back to full guard. Marsh wants to work for an arm triangle but Jones is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Jones manages to escape and get back to his feet! Marsh will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Marsh looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Jones is pulling down on Marsh 's head to control his posture. Marsh advances position into side control!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Marsh looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Jones sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Marsh seems to be looking for submissions.
Marsh is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Jones makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Jones. Jones controls Marsh momentarily but Marsh frees himself.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Marsh drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Marsh seems to have locked his on tight now - Jones screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Marsh , as he picks up the win!
