The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hall misses with a series of wild punches.
Hall tries a head kick but it misses.
Silva sends Hall crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Silva is motioning to the referee to let Hall up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Silva misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Hall counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Silva swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Hall counters with a low kick, right behind Silva 's knee.
Silva throws an overhand right that drops Hall like a sack of potatoes! Silva dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!

Paz Silva decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
