Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gwapito Pogito (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Massey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Eliza Hachem and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Massey tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Pogito swivels and escapes.
Pogito gets a double leg takedown into Massey's guard.
Pogito is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Pogito won't allow Massey to sweep him here.
Massey has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Pogito can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Pogito will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Pogito stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Pogito wants it to stay on the feet.

Massey is desperately trying to improve his position but Pogito has a good base and remains in mount.

Pogito wants to work for an arm triangle but Massey is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Pogito shoots for a takedown but Massey saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Pogito ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Massey moves away.
Pogito takes a head kick and keeps coming.
It looks like Gwapito Pogito has been cut.
Massey wants to clinch.
Pogito swings for the body but Massey moves out of range.
Pogito stuffs the takedown.
Massey looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Pogito tries to score a power double leg takedown but Massey sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Pogito somewhat.
The fight moves into the clinch position.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Massey is defended easily by Pogito.
Gwapito Pogito has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ben Massey.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Pogito lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Massey has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Massey and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Pogito throws a half hearted mid kick.
Pogito slaps away a takedown attempt from Massey, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Pogito is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Massey can do to turn this around?
Massey takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Pogito fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Massey, pushing him back against the cage.

Massey closes this distance looking for a takedown but Pogito circles away.
Pogito really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Pogito slips a nice elbow through Massey's hands, connecting with Massey's forehead.
Pogito passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Massey!
Pogito lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

Pogito's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Pogito has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
