Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jorge Hernandez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Muad Dib (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Summer Carpenter and Donatello Bradman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dib tries to score a power double leg takedown but Hernandez sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Dib somewhat.
Dib will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Dib misses with a two punch combination.

Hernandez bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
You can see the frustration on Dib's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Dib is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Hernandez to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Hernandez shrugs it off.

Hernandez defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Dib.

Hernandez closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Dib's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hernandez throws a strike but Dib rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Hernandez is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Dib has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Dib!

Hernandez working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Dib doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Dib manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Hernandez looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Dib has picked Hernandez up and slammed him! Hernandez can't keep hold of the triangle and Dib manages to pass to side control!

Dib is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Hernandez is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Hernandez is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Dib lets go of the hold and Hernandez can pop his arm back in it's socket.
