The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Alan Glass and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Worner swats away the attempt to clinch by Johnson.
Worner looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Johnson tries to clinch but Worner moves out of range.
Johnson pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Johnson rushes Worner and presses him up against the cage.
Johnson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Johnson throws the kick towards the body but Worner avoids it.
Worner shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Johnson counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Johnson wants to get up but he can't break Worner's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Worner enables Johnson to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Worner manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
