PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Bruski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duncan Rogers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Duncan Rogers!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Winston Howard and Damien Edna.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rogers fails to land the takedown.
The fight stays on the outside here - Rogers looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Bruski swings for the body but Rogers moves out of range.
Bruski lands with an uppercut that bounces Rogers off the cage and back into rage.

Rogers is trying to trip Bruski. He has hold of a leg but Bruski is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Rogers persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That was a close round but I would say that John Bruski will probably get the nod.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
