Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nick Horton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rylan Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Horton comes to the cage accompanied by Ironman. Nick Horton has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunter takes a kick to the side of the head.

It looks like Rylan Hunter has been cut.
Hunter shoots in but Horton avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Horton scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

Hunter drops back, looking for a kneebar! Horton looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Horton looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Horton!

Horton gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Hunter to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Hunter has gone for a leg lock! Horton slips out almost immediately though and dives into Hunter's guard.

Hunter has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Horton off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Hunter throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Horton.

That was a close second round but I would say that Nick Horton will probably get the nod.

After the fight, Rylan Hunter was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
