Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Saiyok Pumpanmuang!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Anderson Silva!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Chad Campbell and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pumpanmuang stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Silva fails with the takedown.
Silva fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Pumpanmuang thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Silva if he has to take too many more of those.
Silva ducks right into an uppercut from Pumpanmuang.
Silva gets a clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Pumpanmuang prevents the takedown attempt.
Saiyok Pumpanmuang has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Anderson Silva.
Silva changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Pumpanmuang fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Both fighters circling a little - Pumpanmuang finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Silva looks gassed!
Pumpanmuang stuffs the takedown attempt from Silva. Silva gets slowly back to his feet.
Pumpanmuang lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
It looks like Anderson Silva has been cut.
Saiyok Pumpanmuang is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Pumpanmuang sends Silva crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Pumpanmuang is motioning to the referee to let Silva up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Silva is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Silva takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Silva is still on wobbly legs! Can Pumpanmuang finish him?
Pumpanmuang lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Silva head around and knocks him out cold! Pumpanmuang hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Saiyok Pumpanmuang!
