Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between White Squall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charlie Cliche (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Charlie Cliche was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, White Squall! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Charlie Cliche! The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Sergei Dronov and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Squall throws the left hand but Cliche avoids the punch easily. Cliche ducks under a wild hook from Squall. Squall gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Cliche to score an easy takedown into full guard. Cliche is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Squall on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Squall tries to get out of the position. Squall wants to get back to his feet but Cliche is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Cliche is looking to work some ground and pound but Squall has wrist control. Cliche working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Cliche throws a big right hand that misses. Cliche cracks Squall with a solid left hand.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cliche trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Cliche chips away with some ground and pound. Cliche is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Cliche working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Cliche is in close to Squall's body, working some short punches and elbows. Squall avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Cliche postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Cliche trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Squall keeping moving, preventing Cliche from controlling successfully. Cliche lands a couple of digs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Cliche lands a couple of decent looking shots. Squall will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Cliche throws a big elbow that misses. Cliche working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Cliche looking to pass the guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Cliche trying to control but Squall is working from the bottom. Cliche works over Squall with some ground and pound from guard. Cliche missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Cliche is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Squall is rocked! Cliche drops back looking for a leg! Squall is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Squall manages to kick Cliche off! Cliche jumps back into Squall's guard. Oh Squall is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Cliche arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Squall's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Charlie Cliche!
