Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Toshi Nagamura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vyacheslav Fedotov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Toshi Nagamura has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Toshi Nagamura! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Vyacheslav Fedotov! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Alec Ball and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fedotov swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Nagamura counters with a slapping leg kick. No luck with that takedown attempt from Fedotov. Nagamura throws a nice inside leg kick. A jab from Fedotov misses. Nagamura connects with an inside leg kick. Fedotov misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Nagamura.
Nagamura displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Fedotov. Fedotov tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Nagamura swivels and escapes. Toshi Nagamura has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vyacheslav Fedotov. Fedotov ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Nagamura moves away. Nagamura buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Fedotov darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Fedotov controlling the action here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Fedotov wants to lay and pray for a moment but Nagamura keeps working. Nagamura knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Fedotov on the ground. Fedotov moves nicely into side control. Fedotov advances to full mount.

That's four minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Fedotov lands a big elbow. Fedotov working the ground and pound effectively.

Nagamura is rocked! Fedotov landing punches. Fedotov scoring with strikes but Nagamura is staying in there. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Fedotov lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Fedotov takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Fedotov shoots for a double leg takedown but Nagamura sprawls well. He's pushed Fedotov's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Nagamura gets caught napping as Fedotov dives in and scores a takedown. Nagamura manages to retain guard. Fedotov throws a strike but Nagamura rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Fedotov is looking to sinch up a triangle. Nagamura throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Fedotov's body to avoid the submission. Fedotov has instead reached around Nagamura's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Fedotov arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
