The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, William Peck and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ballard blocks a head kick by Payne.
Payne misses with a jab, cross combination.
Payne ducks under a wild hook from Ballard.
Payne wants to clinch up but Ballard keeps it at a distance.
A looping hook to the body misses from Ballard. Payne does a little dance to reset his feet.
Payne throws the left hand but Ballard avoids the punch easily.
A telegraphed right hand from Ballard misses the target.
Payne keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Ballard.
Ballard throws a body punch but Payne moves out of range.
Payne dodges the punch combination from Ballard.
Payne tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Ballard paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Nice jab there from Ballard.
Payne is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
It looks like Henry Ballard has been cut.
Payne throws a one two combo.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Payne thuds a left hand into Ballard's body.

Nice takedown defense from Ballard. No joy for Payne on that attempt.

Payne scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Ballard keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Payne throws a right hand that Ballard ducks under and follows up with a left that Ballard also avoids with ease.
Whack! Payne lands a heavy head kick that drops Ballard. The ref tackles Payne to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Ballard was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Oscar Payne!
In his post fight interview, Oscar Payne started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
