Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jesus Gomez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Casey Ryback (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jesus Gomez! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Casey Ryback! The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Anni Minnemäki and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No joy there for Ryback, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Ryback shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Gomez as he avoids it easily. Ryback should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Gomez uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Ryback. Ryback fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Gomez shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Ryback napping and manages to drive through into side control! We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Ryback tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Gomez wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Gomez is looking to take a break and control but Ryback is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Gomez tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Ryback is looking to reverse the position. Gomez creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Ryback sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gomez is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Ryback knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Ryback gets back to half guard. Ryback controlling the position well. Ryback missing with punches from the bottom.
Gomez knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ryback on the ground. Ground and pound from Gomez. Gomez missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Ryback slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Ryback is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ryback punching from the bottom - just letting Gomez know he's still in a fight. Gomez trying to control the position from guard on top but Ryback is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Gomez won't allow Ryback to sweep him here. Ryback keeping moving, preventing Gomez from controlling successfully. Ryback has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Gomez should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Ryback has tightened it up now! Gomez should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
